G2 has over 1 Million verified users of SaaS products. In 2019, I created and implemented a strategy for activating these users to continually return to G2 and create unique SaaS-focused UGC. This resulted in a 400% increase in traffic, and a 500% increase in returning users. G2 Discussions continue to grow and provide tangible value to the customers and their users.

On Linkedin, I am the founder and Admin of the Customer Experience group, with over 2,500 members. It is very active and growing 25% yearly.
Content Marketing Manager Linkedin Group
On Linkedin, I am the founder and Admin of the Content Marketing Manager group, with over 1,500 members. It is very active and growing 15% yearly.
While consulting at Cars.com, I worked on a team that focused on improving Page Performance metrics such as TTFB, Full-Page Load, and TTI. These performance metrics were an initiative to improve the UX and SEO metrics of Cars.com Shopping pages, specifically on mobile. Initiatives related to performance included: Accelerated Mobile Pages, Caching improvements using Akamai, and server-side rendering.
While at G2.com, I worked on a team that focused on improving Page Performance metrics such as mobile FCP and Full-Page Load. These performance metrics were an initiative to improve the UX and SEO metrics of G2.com Category and Product pages. Initiatives related to performance included: FCP experience of all users by optimizing the CSS build process, improve the transpiling and polyfiling process, and removal of double-rendering.
Proctor & Gamble
While consulting at Leo Burnett Worldwide, I worked on ecommerce projects related to all the P&G brands on third-party marketplaces such as Best Buy, Amazon, and Walmart. This work involved ecommerce content strategy and daily management for storefronts and development of UX strategy to convert pageviews into Buyers.
While consulting at Cars.com, I worked on ecommerce projects related the Shopping pages and left-hand Navigation on those pages. This work involved optimization, UX and SEO of facets and filters in order to control indexation and crawl budget across all Cars.com facets, maximizing the value of each page. It also included geo-spatial development, focusing page content to targeted locations where inventory (and thus demand) is higher in specific locations. This work also translated to trucks.com and auto.com sister properties.
SEO + Content Strategy
Performance, Internal Linking, and Crawl control are the three main themes of Technical SEO. While at Cars.com, I worked on a team that developed indexation logic and quality thresholds for over 20 million specific pages. Using Chei Rank and tools like Searchmetrics, SEMRush, and Adobe Analytics, we saw over 47% YoY organic growth, the first positive year organic growth in 8 years, reversing the trend and helping the business succeed.
Whether its guest posts on Sprout Social or Kissmetrics or joining other communities to bridge networks as on MyCustomer.com I approach ever initiative with a “do what it takes” attitude, always with a goal in mind. In these cases, it was important to grow and obtain back links that were hyper-relevant to the target keywords. Also important is on-page content strategy such as ReviewTrackers where I was the first marketing hire and developed a strategy that dominated inbound MQLs for over 3 years.

When focused on whole delivery project management and development I have worked on side projects like MixKitchen and SparksRadio or while working at a boutique agency working on projects like Eon Clinics, or while working in-house on Marketing teams such as AtNetPlus, I have years of experience creating custom wordpress websites, plugins and theme, all built and managed on WordPress.
I also have a side project called the Customer Data Guide designed for B2B affiliate links, which has been a steady stream of income and moderately successful.
